13 - Elmendorph Hand Spinners Guild workshop day, open to the public, Elmendorph Inn, 7562 N. Broadway. Red Hook, NY 12571. 10 am to 3 pm.
27 - Rabbit Goody of Thistle Hill Weavers will give the keynote address, "Unraveling the Mysteries of Woven Histories," at the Spring Fashion & Textile Symposium: Stories in Fiber, Genesee Country Village and Museum, Mumford, NY. In-person or zoom tickets available.
27 - Knit One Needlepoint Too. Monticello, NY celebrates Local Yarn Store Day with a sale - 20% off storewide on LYS Day (4/27/24).
27 - Rabbit Row Yarns & Haberdashery, Corning, NY celebrates Local Yarn Store Day by participating in the Twin Tiers Yarn Crawl, this day only. Plus trunk shows, special yarn colorway, new kits, free patterns, double rewards, door prizes, specials, and a gift with purchase.
